Welcome to Uralla House, a suburban property with a private, bush retreat feel - perfect for couples, family groups or wedding stays. Relax and unwind after a day of exploring the Shoalhaven in this beautifully decorated holiday home with luxury furnishings and appliances.
The modern property offers 5 large queen bedrooms (two of which are master bedrooms with ensuites) and a total of 3 bathrooms. It comfortably caters for groups of up to 10 guests and features an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen as well as an outdoor balcony with outdoor furniture and BBQ, making it an entertainer's delight. The large converted garage area offers a pool table, lounge and TV.
The house is designed over two levels, with the majority of the living space, kitchen and 4 bedrooms located on the upper floor, making the home feel like a private sanctuary amongst the treeptops. One of the master bedrooms with ensuite is located on the ground floor, together with the large converted garage space with pool table (note external garage door does not open).

We love travelling, entertaining and spending weekends exploring the beautiful Shoalhaven area.
Why they chose this property
The property's unique block and elevation gives a relaxed tree-house vibe. We feel a sense of calm when we spend time at the property and love the open plan kitchen and living area, as well as the separate space downstairs to play a game of pool. We are central to Berry, Kangaroo Valley, Nowra as well as local wineries, beaches and national parks.
