Grande Florida 79 - Beautiful Miami Beach
Enjoy your holiday at the Grande Florida Resort in Miami. This complex has two resort style pools, sauna and games room for the kids or just walk across the road to beautiful Miami Beach. This is a two bedroom, air conditioned unit located on the third level, consisting of a queen and 2 x singles. Complex is located close to Miami Surf Club for patrolled beach or maybe a bite to eat. It is also located close to shops and transport. Approx. 20 minutes to theme parks and 10 minutes to Surfers Paradise.
Minimum 3 nights off peak, 5 and 7 nights holidays
No parties or mass gatherings are allowed in or at any of our properties.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:
▪️ Increased noise during daytime hours
▪️ Changed traffic conditions or detours
▪️ General construction activity near some properties
While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
We’ve priced our properties competitively during this period to reflect these temporary conditions. If you have any concerns, please reach out before booking — we’re happy to provide more details.
