Welcome to this charming coastal retreat featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that is just 1.5 miles away from Sombrero Beach. Entertainment abounds with three TVs and high-speed wireless internet throughout the entire home. You’ll love the open Florida Room adjacent to the living area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the other, and a pull-out couch in the living room. The main living areas feature tile flooring, while the bedrooms are adorned with wood flooring.
Outdoor amenities with a pool ranging from 3.5 to 6 feet in depth, a gas grill for barbecues, a bait freezer, a fish cleaning table, and a dock ladder for easy water access. Enjoy al fresco dining with an outdoor table and six chairs, along with two lounge chairs and two umbrellas. Avid boaters will delight in the 30’ dock equipped with a 50 amp electric and water hookup.
Please note that the small room off the pool area downstairs is not accessible to tenants.
There's a Tesla charger on-site available for use at an additional charge of $50.00.
