Black Bear Crossing 35B is a 5 bedroom/4.5 bath, two level home located in

West Virginia's Snowshoe Mountain Resort, directly across from the steps to

the new Black Bear Trail and Powder Ridge Trail. Guests staying in this ski

in/ski out accommodation will enjoy granite counter tops, stainless steel

appliances, 5 flat screen TVs, surround sound, a gas burning fireplace, an

upscale kitchen, full size washer/dryer. There is amazing custom ceramic tile

throughout the home including in the foyer, kitchen, and all of the bathrooms

and showers. One shower features dual shower heads.



Minimum age to rent this unit is 30 years.

Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of parking for all our vehicles.The property description states that the house sleeps 18. We had to get air mattresses because it only sleeps 13. The listing states that there are 3 twin beds (one with each queen and one with the king) that are not there. It also states that there is a sleeper sofa and neither couch converts to a sleeper sofa.
