has 1 bedroom with 43" smart TV, 1 + 1/2 bathrooms, living room with smart TV,
soundbar, gas fireplace, leather sectional, recliner, dining, and fully
equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, gas range, granite counter. The Lower level has
a 2nd living area with sectionals & TV, a wet bar including full refrigerator,
sink, microwave, bar seating for 5, a washer/dryer, and 2 bedrooms, one with a
king and the other with a twin over full bunk bed. Both rooms have TVs. The
Upper level has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedding includes 2 king beds, Full
bed plus twin over full bunk bed, and twin over full bunk bed. All rooms have
TVs.
**Minimum age to rent this unit is 30 years. **
Please note that there is no fee for bringing a pet. However, if your pet
causes any disruption or damage, you will be liable for up to $500 in damages
