No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.
Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.
