Perfect weekend visit
Wonderful stay, easy check in, parking behind the house and very comfortable, cozy and clean home. Will definitely love to stay here again. Very convenient to IU campus.
Had a fabulous stay at this cute property. Had everything we needed and close to all things IU, which worked great for us. Cole was available every time we texted him and answered all our questions promptly. Would definitely stay again!
Came to IU for my daugher's freshman orientation and the property was prefectly located, along with having a complete set of amenities & ample sleeping arrangements. The home is older but nicely updated with the upstairs master suite. Just be advised the steps up to the second floor could be a little tricky...lol. Would most definitely stay again on future visits.

Great stay
Great stay at IU. Easy check in. The house was great. Very steep stairs to MBR - not really practical for elderly or physically limited.
Comfortable beds.
Would recommend and will stay again!

Outstanding!
We had a great time visiting family in Bloomington, the home was perfect, and Cole was a terrific host!
Great to be able to have all of our family under one roof for graduation weekend. The home was tastefully decorated and it's convenience to campus was ideal. Cole was very attentive.
Six of us enjoyed staying to be with relatives in Bloomington for a few days at Christmas. The decor and supplies made us feel right at “home” for the holidays. Thank you!
We stayed here for IU freshman orientation. Perfect location and plenty of room to hangout. The screened in porch with swinging daybed was a big hit. Highly recommend.
House was so cute and cozy. Plenty of room and amenities for everything we need and then some. Communication was prompt. Only negative to note is that flocks of birds seem to hang out in trees around home so loads of bird poop in backyard/on cars if parked in back. But does not affect the great stay!
We had an incredible stay at this property! The home is so welcoming, comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of space and we loved that we were able to bring our fur babies along. We enjoyed walking to Kirkwood and the square downtown. There was plenty of street parking in the front as well as space behind the home for parking. We would highly recommend this property to others looking for a place to stay while visiting Bloomington!
Our family came down for our daughter's 21st birthday. The house was better than we expected!! Very quiet even though it's right off 3rd street. Great communication with the property manager and the house was very clean, well appointed and easily accessible. The bonus screened in porch out back was a great little surprise. Will definitely rent again for our next trip to IU!!
Great property and location. Everything was great except upstairs bathroom light and AC unit not working. Didn't impact us, as the weather was great. Very clean and well stocked. Front porch furniture was rotting and unusable, but we spent our time in the back porch and firepit area anyway.
Our stay was great, the house was very clean and comfortable and Cole was amazing. Only thing I would say negative was that there was not any paper towels or napkins. Otherwise outstanding
We’ve been back as a family to visit our alma mater many times, but I don’t think we will ever want to stay anywhere else after finding this amazing rental. It’s so charming and well situated right at the edge of campus. The backyard is absolutely incredible and feels so private and welcoming. And, because summer weather can be unpredictable, we found that spending time on the screened porch during a summer storm was delightful. We read, cuddled on the hanging day bed, and played.
The house is stocked with everything you need, and the most comfortable beds and linens. We highly recommend for families or friends. There is plenty of room to spread out and lots of places to convene for meals or game.
We will look forward to our next visit!
I would give 10 stars if i could. The house was super clean and decorated beautifully. It had a cozy charm to it unlike any other house i stayed it. The property manager is wonderful, when we entered the kitchen there was a personal note that said welcome michael. We also received a very nice text message prior to arriving at the home. After our stay we arrived home and i couldnt find my prescription glasses. It doesnt sound critical but i have a cornea disease called Keratoconus and it takes 4 weeks to get a new pair of glasses made. The property manager was beyond kind and went to the house and searched for my glasses. He was such a genuinely kind person that i cant say enough kind words about this property and the property manager.
