The residence was lovely and clean. The beds and linen were delightfully comfortable. The outside area is enclosed and offers plenty of space for the kids to run around. The spare set of keys provided was very handy. The location is perfect, being right next to the v/line bus stop and on the corner of the main strip. The kitchen is a bit small to host the entire 6 people but easy enough to move outside if the weather is good.

Very high standard of accomodation and facilities. No toilet on top floor was not ideal .

The Prospect exceeded all expectations. We were truly blessed to have the opportunity to stay in this wonderful period property. The home is beautifully presented, immaculate both inside and out, with everything you need for a memorable stay. The home is steeped in history which we absolutely loved, a rare opportunity to stay in a home so rich in Australian History. We are already planning a return trip in the Autumn months as there is so much exploring around the town of Beechworth we still have to do. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us, we look forward to returning again soon.
