Includes two Electra bikes and a paddle board (on request). Enjoy lovely linens, jetted tub, large porch, and peaceful vibes. Our home is designed for you! The Cda hotels are fine, but you will never experience the historic, peaceful neighborhood that is known as Fort Grounds in any of the commercial properties. We continue to perfect our home for the couple, golfing buddies, gals with pals and families that desire a unique experience. Bring your wine, your recipes, your book, your stresses. You will be transformed. One day on our front porch can do that. Have you ever driven through a neighborhood and wondered how does it feel to live here? This is your chance to know the amazing vibe of Coeur d'Alene.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea on the covered porch and prepare for a day at the lake. There are only seven homes between you and city beach. Our downtown and world class Cda Resort is all within walking distance.

The 'City Beach Brownstone' is located in the sought after 'Fort Grounds' neighborhood. Hardwood floors are throughout the home on both levels. This well-appointed home includes lovely linens, jetted soaking tub, granite counters, original clawfoot tub, uncluttered rooms, large front porch, propane gas grill, and two levels to spread out.

This tranquil neighborhood is close to North Idaho College summer plays and an easy walk to the Castle Play Structure in the city park.
The famous Coeur d'Alene golf course with its island green is nearby as well as Tubbs Hill, parasailing, great restaurants, art galleries, and shopping.

The main floor bedroom has a king bed, while the two bedrooms upstairs have one king bed and a queen bed. All beds have fresh, new linens.

We have stayed here years in a row and always enjoy our stay. Excellent location, all the amenities and space we need, and a great front porch to relax in a watch the day go by. We will be back again!

The house was immaculate and had plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen had lots of items if you wanted to prep food, as well as a large and single cup coffee maker. There were plenty of towels as well as a washer in case you needed to wash clothes.

We loved the location, the street was so charming, the home was adorable and had most everything we needed. Location is indeed great! This sweet house is in a charming, peaceful neighborhood that’s an easy stroll to the lake, the park and downtown, though I had a challenge prying myself off that adorable porch. We loved it! The owner couldn’t be more responsive and helpful. They have done an admirable job of enhancing and modernizing a historic abode while maintaining its integrity. There are lots of thoughtful touches throughout. We had a good experience there.
