Beautiful Views and Comfortable Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. The location is excellent—very close to the beach with a beautiful view, easy parking, and the condo is nicely decorated. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable, and we especially appreciated that there was plenty of seating for everyone. Many rentals advertise sleeping six but only have seating for four, so this was a nice surprise. The washer and dryer also worked great. That said, I think a few inexpensive improvements could make a big difference in the overall guest experience. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The master bathroom could use a deep cleaning, the baseboards throughout need attention, and under the couch was noticeably dirty, which made us question how thorough the cleaning process is. We also found a full load of clothes left in the dryer from a previous guest. Hopefully the linens are washed off-site, but it wasn’t a great first impression. A few maintenance updates would also go a long way. The bathroom door in the master could use replacing, and there are several areas where the paint needs touch-ups, particularly around the baseboards. Since the master bathroom is quite spacious, upgrading to an elongated toilet instead of the smaller round one would also make it feel more comfortable. There are also a few guest-friendly touches that would elevate the stay. A dual drip/Keurig coffee maker would accommodate more guests, and providing at least a small amount of coffee would be appreciated. We’ve also stayed at rentals that offered a few basic seasonings and pantry staples, which is always a thoughtful convenience for travelers. Finally, the large locked cabinet in the entryway and the oversized dresser outside the second bedroom felt a bit bulky and made those spaces seem more cluttered than necessary. Overall, this is a nice property in a fantastic location with comfortable furnishings. With a little more attention to cleaning, a few minor maintenance items, and some small guest-focused amenities, this rental could easily go from good to excellent.

Great location walk to beach and shops

I took my 11-year-old daughter and 75-year-old mother. It’s walkable lots of choices of restaurants, nearby and easy walk to the beach. The pool is a little small other than that great stay!

Rest and relaxation at the beach

The condo was just what we needed to facilitate a nice getaway at the beach. Literally across the street from the beach. Had to contact the manger to get a parking pass, but overall this was a great experience and the property was awesome!

It's a great location short walking distance to the public beach. Loved the amenities in the place. I would say it does need a little more TLC overall with deeper cleaning and upgrading or cleaning the couches. Bunk bed is too large for the room it is in.

Taylor Swift Weekend!

We were in town for the concert and wanted to be at the beach! This condo was located across the street from a beach access… perfect! We walked to bars and restaurants and John’s Pass was almost next door! A great weekend!

The condo was good value for the money and easy to get to the beach. The water pressure in the showers were too low, The microwave did not work. The condo is in a good location, easy to walk to shopping and restaurants.
