Beautiful Condominium - Wifi access throughout and 300 Yards from the Beach!

Our home in Samara is a sweet little getaway. Enjoy this beautiful, three-bedroom, two full bathroom condominium in a gated community. The condo is within walking distance to everything. The beach is only a 300 meter walk from the condominium. Just around the corner, there are 2 grocery shops and a bakery cafe with delicious Costa Rican Coffee and pastries. It's the perfect place to start your day.

The condominium is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. We have updated our unit to include wifi throughout the entire home. There is also excellent WiFi access by the pool area if you need to work remotely and take a dip in the pool in between Zoom meetings.

The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With a brand new cooktop and beautiful granite counter tops, cooking is a pleasure in this space! Plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided so that you can channel your inner chef on the nights you don't choose to eat at one of the many delicious restaurants nearby.

Two of the bedrooms boast queen-size beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning to keep you cool at night. The Primary Bedroom has a new memory foam mattress to ensure a comfortable night's sleep and its own bathroom for privacy. All of the bedrooms have plenty of closet and storage space! This condominium is perfect for families. There is even a kiddie pool area for new swimmers!

Samara itself is a lovely beach town, packed with delicious restaurants and activities. The waves are perfect for beginner to advanced surfers, and several businesses that offer rentals and lessons. Sign up for the canopy tour, to view the landscape from the tree tops. You can go horseback riding on the beach, or just relax at the local bar. Fishing, dolphin tours and snorkeling are also readily available at very reasonable prices.

Whether you come for a week or a few months, Playa Samara is a wonderful destination to immerse yourself in Tico culture, unwind, and enjoy. It is known as the most beautiful and safest beach in Costa Rica. The beach is never crowded or muddled with vendors and tourists.

This home came to us as a blessing, and we are delighted to share it with others. We hope you choose to spend your vacation with us!

Beautiful beach vacation

A perfect spot to stay to enjoy all Samara has to offer! Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach, local restaurants, horseback riding tour and surfing all within walking distance of the condo.

The place was very clean and the other condo owners were so welcoming. There were lots of towels and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils. We loved playing cards outside on the unit deck. The beds were 1 queen in the master 1 double and 2 singles. The fan in the kitchen didn’t work but there was a very nice portable fan we used for the kitchen and the area outside as the outside fan didn’t move much air. Each bedroom had air conditioning. The bathrooms were nice big showers great pressure and had lots of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay

The condo was a good landing spot. This beach and town are amazing and being able to walk everywhere was wonderful. The condo itself was good. The beds are firm and the pillows are so so. The cleaning product used on the floors was not pleasant but eventually the smell went away. The unit is a lower unit so no view but it was quiet. The oddest part was there is no living room so my family was not able to sit and chat unless it was at one of 2 eating tables. My advice is to swap one of the sitting areas (kitchen or outside porch) into a living room. It worked great for what we needed and the price reflected the amenities so overall we were satisfied with the property.

Slice of Samara heaven

We had the nicest stay at Las Palermas. The home was immaculate and welcoming. It was perfect for our family of 5. A close walk to the beautiful beach or busy town center. We met the most helpful and friendly people while lounging in the pool. We would love to stay again and highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in Samara. The three bedrooms worked out wonderfully for us as it allowed for our teenagers to have a separate room each. It is a great location being a short walk to town and the beach. The neighbors and guard in the apartment complex were also very friendly and even invited us to a potluck Christmas dinner. Stacey was very helpful and responsive with our questions leading up to our stay.

Central pool and rancho is the focal spot of the facility. Other guests/owners all very friendly. Moderate walk to beach. Unit is a little dated but all is adequate. A/C and WIFI worked well. Only small issue was the fridge is not balanced which caused a big wobble and difficulty opening

Week long family getaway

We loved our stay here in Sámara. The condo is in the perfect location to beaches and local sodas. Town isn't too far but far enough that it's very quiet and peaceful here. The other owners and residents that live and own here are wonderful. The pool is very clean and the perfect temperature. This property is monitored by 24/7 security who are very friendly. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. The ac works great and it's well stocked with everything you need.

Big 60th Birthday Celebration

The condo sleeps 6, has three bedrooms and two baths. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but not the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances. Stacey is amazing, kind, and very responsive to all needs. All bedding needs to be updated and you need to purchase extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. There is a lovely patio, pool, and the friendliest residents you will ever meet! There is a laundry facility on site.We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying here again!

Great little condo for smaller groups

Pros: Super cute condo. Decent sized bedrooms, friendly neighbors, the property manager is friendly and super responsive (thanks Isamar!), the pool is awesome, good security, kitchen pretty well stocked. Cons: the common areas are small for 6 people, the walk to downtown Samara takes more like 15 minutes on a busy road (it’s about .6 miles), the coffee maker is undersized for 6 guests, and there are no lounge chairs/comfy seating outside. Minimal cleaning supplies available.

Good value but in need of maintenance

They built the condo complex around a very nice pool area where many of the guests gather to socialize. It is an easy walk into town and to the beach with a general store almost next door for basic food and other necessities. The condo itself is clean and the bedrooms are comfortable, however the kitchen/common area is relatively small if you have 6 guests staying here. Our biggest concern is maintenance, as the towel racks fall off the wall if you put a towel on them and the water fixtures need to be replaced. With a little work, this would be a great place to visit again.

Wonderful stay, as described

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Samara! It was very much as described in the listing and the reviews of others. The owner and the local hostess were wonderful and helpful! The rooms were all very clean and the kitchen provided all of the essentials for us. If you go out of the condo complex to your right, there is a little grocery store and little café. The walk into the downtown from the condo is a little far for a quick meal or with many people. So we were glad to have our rental car. It is nice though that it was a little outside of town as Samara is a nightlife town and we enjoyed the quiet and rest. There's a beautiful view from the pool area of the beach and we loved the afternoon pool times. Overall, it was a quick but wonderful stay in Samara at this condo! I recommend it!

Great way to start our trip

Finding the property was not a problem at all. We were a bit surprised that it was a condominium complex -- I suppose we shouldn't have been -- but were thinking it was more of a detached style outfit. It's a small facility with a dozen or so units, top floor/bottom. It was clean. definitely more than adequate for my husband and I but we had run out of options for the xmas holiday. If you're not a walker, it was a bit far into the main strip in town where the restaurants were. I'd say about a mile. The biggest disappointment was not a single lounge chair around the pool, so essentially it was useless. We ended up in town by a restaurant and "rented" a lounge chair on the beach to lie around all day one day. One day we rented bikes and rode to Playa Carillo, even more sedate than Samara. The laundry facilities were a bonus so we could get everything clean before we carried on to the next spot. I would recommend this more for a family that's rented a car.

The complex does have chairs available under the cabana by the pool area but we found that the lounge chairs tended to "grow legs and walk away" so most units no longer provide them for this reason. This is why we had a custom chair and couch made for the porch so that our guests can put their feet up outside and enjoy the lovely Costa Rican weather. I hope you had a chance to enjoy them. Great little condo!

We loved the location (5 min walk to a beautiful beach) the pool, and the community. Stacey was great with communication. Samara is a wonderful town to visit and this was a great home to stay. Be aware there is no general living room, due to the layout of the condo, but we all shared the outdoor patio space. The security and gardeners are very sweet, one even brought us a watermelon! A couple extra pillows on the twin beds would be nice; the A/C was great and working quite well. Overall, I would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the place a lot and the rooms are spacious

Many good parts like the pool and the space of the sleeping rooms but what we disliked was that our daughter was locked in one of the rooms and the key didn’t work to open the door. Als the kitchen cabinets need replacement and the WiFi is terrible. more towels would be handy.

Our stay in Samara, Costa Rica at this property was lovely. The three bedrooms were nice size with 2 bathrooms for our privacy. We were able to have a grilled meal on the property-charcoal even included. Howler monkeys in the trees north of us-who could ask for anything else. Thank you.

Functional but not fancy

Very nice condo. Spacious bedrooms with a small kitchen/dining area. Dishes enough for the basics but not for anything complicated. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The view across the fields to the ocean is lovely as is the short walk to the beach at Congrejal. The wifi is the common wifi for the condo complex and is only available when you are near the kitchen window, otherwise you have to be on the porch or at the pool.

The stay was very very nice. Condo was very clean, had everything u needed. Well maintained pool area with 24 hour security, not that u needed it. Perfect location. Far enough from town but just a ten minute walk to center of town. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes away. Lots of stores and bakeries within minutes. Owner was very quick on answering any questions we had. Would I stay here again, definitely! Also, didn’t have to worry about lugging water as the tap water was excellent for drinking.
