Casa Sendero de Monos - a modern gem in a private setting

Casa Sendero de monos was built in 2020. Our modern furnished house has 2 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is accessible from both the room and the hallway.
The bedrooms can be reached directly from the large living-dining area. Both rooms have sliding doors that lead directly to the pool area with outdoor shower.
They are equipped with king-size beds, air conditioning and fans. A children's travel cot is available and can be set up if necessary. There are two built-in wardrobes between the bedrooms and the bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and mixer.
In the living room there is a 55 inch smart TV and an internet radio, and a 50" mart tv in each bedroom. WIFI is available in all rooms and on the terrace. The fiber optic connection has a speed of 200 Mbit/s symmetrical. A BBQ is avaiable outside.
The large terrace with pool has space for 4 sun loungers and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. Of course, you can also use the kitchen island for this.
The property (1,35 acre) is located in a quiet environment, only 3 km from Samara and the beach.
The name of the house speaks for itself, you can often see the howler monkeys climbing along the trees on the property directly from the terrace. Enjoy the tranquility of the jungle close to the wonderful beaches and the center of Samara.
