Contemporary house with lots of charm, large bright rooms, nicely decorated, Along the dune, the view is beautiful on the dune and the sea in each room. Several terraces to isolate according to your desires. Great serenity for children with its enclosed garden of 800 m2 with also possibility to park several vehicles. At the foot of the house begins pedestrian access to the sea (beautiful sandy beach). Very close to the center. The benefits are very good qualities hoping that you will feel good. Very nice living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one overlooking the outdoor terrace, very convenient for the beach, 2 toilets, a garage to drop the beach or sports equipment.
