Good location for a fair price. Wish we spent move to get linens included and waterfront proximity. Several small improvements would pay for themselves. Lots of minor issues we had to address added up: clean floors inside and porches, clean mattress pads, organized kitchen utensils, clear language for terms of beach gear rental (no beach included for stays 5 days), grill auto light not functional, hose reel for sandy feet was not connected and busted up.

In the future, please reach out during your stay if there is anything we can address to make your stay more enjoyable. Also, good news: linens will be included with new reservation next year. Wonderfully renovated !

Newly renovated . Clean and great location. Three blocks from the beach , easy walk. Large kitchen makes it easy to move around with multiple people. Lovely front porch for relaxing. Also a ping pong table in the garage is an added bonus! The property manager was very attentive.
