About this property

69 Port Tack is a newly renovated and furnished home just under 1 mile to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean Beach!

Upon entering this one level home through the aquamarine colored, leaded glass from doors you will walk right into the bright and airy main living area with wall to wall glass and skylights which let in an abundance of natural light and views the lush private backyard, lagoon, pool and spa. This room boasts high rustic ceiling beams, a large smart flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Adjacent to this room is a den at the front of the house with two sofas.

The open concept gourmet kitchen is beautifully updated with custom cabinetry, high end stainless steel appliances including a gas range and a large stone island with seating for six. There is a separate coffee bar area with a sink next to the kitchen. The dining room has a table for six. There is also a powder room conveniently located off the dining area.

On the right side of the home you will find the 3 bedrooms. The first one down the hallway is a bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed (for an additional charge) and a wall mounted Smart Flat screen TV. There is a jack and jill bathroom that connects this room with another that has two twin beds and a wall mounted Smart Flat Screen TV. This bathroom has tiled walk in shower, a basin sink vanity and a full size light up mirror.

At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a king sized bed, wall mounted Smart flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with a light up make up mirror, a walk in jacuzzi tub and a large tiled walk in shower with a bench seat. You also have access to the expansive deck that extends over the backyard with two lounge chairs.

This home is very centrally located - it’s less than a mile to the beach, less than a mile to Shelter Cove, and less than two miles to either the Robert Trent Jones golf course or the Palmetto Dunes tennis, Pickleball center and the General Store. It’s the perfect place for your next vacation.

The spa and pool can be heated (June - October) for an additional fee.

Mostly satisfied

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the place is very nice, a little out of the way but so it’s nice a quiet but a little slow if need to go to the store. It would have been better if we would have had access to the garage and allowed pets, had a better vacuum and a better broom as we like to maintain things clean.Two last comments, the surveillance cameras have green lights even though the book says they are off and the alarm system chimes are very loud.

Beautiful Home

This home was stunning. Beautiful and great location. Loved the open living area. The kitchen is wonderful but if you plan to cook VERY basic pots and pans. Like one 10" skillet, and maybe a 6" and 3" pan. We stayed over Thanksgiving so this made it tricky to prepare all the food. Otherwise, everything was perfect and would still give it a 5*****

Close to everything. The house was completely refurbished and everything was new. Great backyard with a pool and hot tub. Very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. This is a great property that had everything you could ask for. Will definitely stay here again.

2023 Vacation

Reviewer Comments: It’s our 3rd time vacationing at the Resort and we absolutely love the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood and the cleanliness of the beach. The property was too far for us to walk to the beach and parking at the beach is limited. Not everyone can ride a bike. The AC stopped functioning but we had someone come out to fix but, all-in-all we truly enjoyed our stay and will be returning. Lastly, the house was beautiful!
