Take solace in this bright and inviting 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located only a short distance to the beach in the lovely Palmetto Dunes Resort on Hilton Head Island. This alluring Palmetto Dunes home is pet-friendly with a private pool and waterfront dock on the Palmetto Dunes lagoon system.

This popular waterfront Hilton Head home offers two living spaces, a kitchen to create traditional family vacation recipes, 3 bedrooms each with their own bath, a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and an inviting backyard equipped with a pool, lounge furniture, and a lagoon to fish in. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**

If adventure is more your style, try your hand on the greens of three golf courses on the plantation. Or, challenge your friends to a tennis match on one of 25 courts or kayak through the 11 miles of lagoon system just steps away. Bikes are available for rent just down the street and you can dip your toes in three miles of white sandy beach less than a seven-minute walk away.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Palmetto Dunes Hilton Head is an oceanfront resort that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.

Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premier beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

Clean and comfortable home

This is the second time we stayed at this property. It is very clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the pool temperature but Sunset rentals took care of it the next day. The neighborhood is great and distance to the ocean is very walkable.

Family Trip

Because we needed a "pet friendly" home, I'm always concerned about the cleanliness of the property. I was very pleased. It was very clean and did not have any pet odors. Thank you for making us and our pets feel welcome! We enjoyed the stay.

Perfect beach house!

This house is beautiful, spacious, well equipped in every way! All of the bedrooms were very nice, the kitchen was great and the living rooms areas were very nice as well. Upon arrival, we found this house to be extremely clean and in perfect order. But it was the outside with the deck, patio and most of all, the big beautiful pool was wonderful! We spent a lot of time there,. It was also a nice place to have breakfast. Our entire family, six adults and one border collie loved it. (Although, Rosey our dog, was skeptical of the pool!) Thank you for providing us with a wonderful vacation! The Joseph Family

Great Place To Unwind

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a feast or just heat and serve. The bathrooms are all updated and very clean! All the rooms are spacious. We loved the pool and dock and its just a short walk to the beach. We did wish there was a beach cart for pulling our chairs to the beach. We often go to HHI and have stayed many different places, I would stay here again in a heart beat!
