Decorated in contemporary furnishings and outfitted with special touches including stainless steel kitchen appliances, an elevator and three stories with a private waterfront balconies, this home will have you feeling relaxed in no time. An outdoor gas grill calls for evening cookouts in the summertime. The luxe master bedroom, located on the third floor, has its own wet bar, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom. Who’s ready for their vacation? To make vacations here even sweeter, guests enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service during the season PLUS 6 chairs, 3 umbrellas, beach towels, and cooler. The private residential elevator is made available when required by a guest. Please discuss with us in advance of your stay if you will need use of the elevator.

The private splash pool can be heated upon request for an additional $55/day plus tax or $385/week plus tax. Pool heat is charged for the entire length of stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.
No weddings allowed.

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

The property was better than even the pictures showed. It was a perfect layout for us and the host was very pleasant and easy to contact and reach. Definitely a gold standard for beach stays in my opinion.

Fantastic Spacious Beachfront Home

Loved the proximity to the beach and views from the living area. Nice bedrooms with large comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen with stand alone ice maker!

Destin Family Vacation

The new lace was beautiful. The bedroom options were the best and the use of the elevator was priceless since one of our family members could not climb stairs very well. There were 4 couples and we had privacy when needed. The access to the beach is just a few steps. I did not find anything that was missing. Will definitely stay here ag!

Parking

The house was good and fit every one nicely.Parking situation was not good. We had two vehicles and the passengers and or driver was having to get out in the bushes. We had ten people and the house had a little more room but with the parking situation glad we didn’t have another family with us..Not enough room for four cars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Third Day was absolutely memorable. The home is excellent and amenities are amazing. The management company is clearly better than others we’ve stayed in. They responded with help immediately and provided everything we needed for our stay and more. One downside was internet being very spotty not working downstairs well. Absolutely our favorite place in Miramar so far.

Family vacation at Frangista Beach

We were very please with our recent stay (July '23) on the beach in Miramar at the Frangista Beach condos. The check-in process was smooth and there was an issue with the front door but this was promptly resolved! The kitchen was well-stocked to cook and grill. The views of the water from the patio were priceless and the kids enjoyed simply walking out to the water each morning! Also the community is a big plus when the kids needed a break from the saltwater. Used the elevator to bring luggage up and down for the grandparents which was nice. Road all of these condos are located on is pretty busy but its a beautiful location so we expected it. Overall highly recommend!

I guess you pay for ocean views and proximity to beach.. because those are awesome... limited kitchen if you plan to cook.. not even salt on the premises.. elevator did not work.. jacuzzi on master on 3rd floor did not work.. window sealings in some rooms are not tight so they wizz making it an uncomfortable sleep.. tv only got one channel... if you ask to warm the pool.. which is more of a splash puddle... chemicals will give a strong gas like odor coming out of heater exhaust.. and.. the app they use for check in did not work on android... gas stove pilot did not work.. need a lighter.. a lighter that is not provided. Beautiful neighborhood, walking distancIe to coffee place, breakfast place, and bars...

Our office is in walking distance and the elevator and one cooktop burner were corrected within 2 minutes. The instructions for using the app with an android phone were emailed to you with your reservation confirmation and also discussed by phone during the booking process. When you contacted us for a late checkout, we were still not notified you had issues. We take pride in providing prompt service to our guests so please never hesitate to let us know if we can assist you. Frangista Beach is indeed a beautiful community and we hope you will consider visiting again in the future.
