We enjoyed our stay, especially the beautiful view from the upper deck. The house is spacious and was great for our family of 19 people. The older grandkids really enjoyed jthe game room and hot tub. The house has lots of vintage charm and quality construction. Would definitely reserve again if needed.
We appreciated the details of the mid seventies architecture, and truly enjoyed the fact that this didn’t feel like a typical VRBO rental with modern aesthetics. Highly recommended for any group wanting a private housing option that is still just minutes from downtown.
Great property with plenty of room for the family. Lots of games for entertainment and smart tv's throughout. Beautiful view and we even seen a bear about 30 yards from the gate entrance.
Lay out was excellent. Lots of pots pans utensils etc. the second fridge was a great thing to have! great for a large group! Hot tub needs to be updated or just removed. Outdoor seating was plenty! Scenery was picture perfect !Would return !Oh also- communication from the office was impeccable !
We had a group of 14 ladies from our church. We were attending a women’s conference in Gatlinburg. The house is very spacious, beautiful location. Bonus was having a bear come visit.
An amazing property that was super clean. Enjoyed the views along with the amenities of the estate. Very close to downtown making it easy for short trips. The only recommendation would be a larger hot tub to accommodate the large number of guests and maybe update the firpit area. Overall a great experience and will be booking again! An extra.....the bears will get into your cars so be sure to lock doors and come right up to windows of the home so be cautious when outside. We loved the wildlife since we are from the country.
