Great location.

Great location, brilliant view, but the check in process and departure felt quite impersonal. The unit itself lacks some warmth and comfort which could be easily fixed with some pictures and attention to the furnishings and some softer lighting.

Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the location and the view! We’re sorry to hear that the check-in and departure process felt a bit impersonal. We understand that arriving after hours can feel a bit less welcoming, and we sincerely apologise if we missed your call or didn’t get back to you in time. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be reviewing how we handle after-hours arrivals to make sure we’re more responsive going forward. We also appreciate your suggestions about the interior. It’s helpful feedback and we're always looking to improve the guest experience. Thanks again, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards, Gold Coast Holiday Homes
