Fun and comfy place! We love Snowater Resort for all of its amenities. Especially the pools, and being so close to the river! This place had everything we needed!
Relaxing place to stay, 22 miles from artist point and Mt Baker
We spent 5 nights at moose lodge condo. Absolutely delightful accommodations. A great place to retreat to after hiking all day. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Within walking distance to Chair 9 restaurant.
It only took us about 30’ to get to the ski area from this condo! There are lots of trails nearby to hike. Definitely stay here if you’re looking for easy access to the outdoors!
Absolutely wonderful condo in the beautiful Cascade forest near Mt. Baker. Walking, hiking, swimming and peace for a great rest and recreation! Love this Snowater Resort.

Cozy
The cozy fireplace and hot tub were just what we needed after skiing.
My wife and I were looking to get away for a few days, and we’re lucky enough to find this little gem. A perfect setting!
It’s cozy little one bedroom was very clean and comfortable. There was attention to detail throughout the condo. We especially loved the quiet location and beautiful forest outlook from the living room.
The swimming pool and hot tub were also a big plus, and located just a short walk away.
The management team was also a big plus. Stephani was immediately responsive to all of our questions. Thank you, Stephani!
We would highly recommend this little slice of heaven. Will be back!
My husband and I had a wonderful time, unplugging and enjoying the amenities at the condo and going snowshoeing and hiking out on the mountain! Wonderful condo and location. Very relaxing! Yummy restaurants nearby but only a couple options. Next time we definitely want to come back and snowboard and bring the kids. It would be so fun to go in summer too and enjoy the summer activities! Highly recommend!
We came here to explore the hiking in the North Mount Baker area, which was just as tough and beautiful as it's reputed to be. The condo is small, but comfortable for a couple. Located in a deep forest valley, it can be dark. The property manager was very responsive to questions. This seems like a place that its owners love and enjoy sharing. The Snowater community is an interesting place to explore, especially the historic cabin and the walk along the river. The Horseshoe Bend hike nearby offered a pleasant trail run. We also loved investigating the nearby old growth forest.
I loved it, the location was top notch, the amenities were perfect and unexpected, it was quiet, cozy, and inviting. I really felt loved staying here. I felt like I was in someones home as a guest, and that someone cared about me. thanks so much! The decor made it so perfect, and the videos and games were awesome!
This place is cuter than the pictures make it seem! We loved it. It has a very well equipped kitchen, a comfy bed, and is perfect for a couple. We loved the fireplace and the great collection of movies and board games. Great location, with a nice view of the woods off the back door. The key retrieval is a bit hard to find in the dark, but the property managers sent us very helpful information and a great description of the lock box, which helped. My only note of caution is that you will hear people walking around above you. This didn't bother me, but if that sort of thing bothers you, maybe avoid this one.
I brought my teen son and his friend for a couple of days skiing at Baker, and this was the perfect landing spot just off the mountain. The condo is an excellent size for 3, and is well-appointed. Light switches are all marked, a nice feature when you’re unfamiliar with a place. The sofa bed is, well, a sofa bed. The bed in the bedroom was really comfortable, and had great reading lights, often neglected in rental properties. There was a really nice selection of DVDs as well. We would definitely return.
Well stocked. All great. Would help to be a little clearer that the little fob on the key ring is what opens the gate. Found myself looking for a “gate pass” so I waive the “card” over the reader. This is not concise and not clear. The thing on the key is neither recognizable as a pass and certainly not a card in the conventional sense. I was able to figure it out as the fob appeared to have no purpose, so by process of elimination....
Absolutely wonderful! Quiet and Soulful! Yet, no reason at all to be bored without cable, internet. You can swim, hike, walk, play tennis, basketball, pool, ping pong, darts, chess, read, relax. The sounds of Nooksack River right outside door. Wish I could live here! Moose Lodge fully stocked with all kitchen needs, dvd's & tv, and cozy furnishings & décor.
You can hear the river from the deck! Snowater has plenty to offer guests! The community amenities available for your use include: a Dry Sauna, Hot Tubs, Swimming Pools, Kid’s Corner (play areas).
