Clean, fresh, modern. The best equiped place I've ever stayed. Full compliment of cleaning equipment and every day equipment, even glad wrap - so, so helpful :) We had all sorts of weather in 1 week and it was easily cool on hot days, cozy on cold days, umbrellas for rainy days. There were also damaging winds in the area, and we got a friendly notification from the host as well. So impressed. Totally recommend.

Wish I could give this property 5 stars, as it’s very cute and property managers are quite responsive. But details such as clean pots and pans were overlooked, as well as no hand towels, non-functional room heaters, and iffy bathroom door handle. Unit can get quite cold, felt awful about having to leave the heat on so long. Would be a much more comfortable place in warmer weather. Owners family very easy to work with re negotiating sharing the driveway. Price is quite reasonable.

"I can't help you today"

We checked into property after dark and found that 1 standing heater and 2 heated blankets in the common bedroom were not working. Called the agent several times which he did call the owner to inform us where the switchboard is when the circuitry tripped, but other than that, all he said was "I can't help you today" with the non-working items. We had to improvise by moving the toilet standing heater to the common bedroom where the kids are sleeping, and use saucepans to boil water over the stove to create steam and warmth in the living room as the whole place is poorly insulated for 4-6 degrees winter. Overall, it hasn't been a pleasant stay.

Wonderful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. It was spotlessly clean and check in with the dropbox at the front door is so easy. The beds were very comfortable and at night it is so quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little cottage in Katoomba

Sweet cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sunshine Cottage it was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable and warm for the cooler evenings. Would highly recommend.

Sunnyside in winter, it was snowing!

Property very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Bookcase in living room had a very good range of books. Only small criticism is that the TV could not get SBS or the ABC. I would recommend Sunnyside to friends.

Cool Sunnyside

was cosy but comfortable at the rear of the main property. A little difficult to park the car in a small tight street (or maybe it is because my car has a bad turning circle) but at least you can use the opposite driveway to line up and there is off street parking. It is close to the main street and not far from the attractions

We loved the cottage! Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was great especially for someone like me who has food allergies and needs to cook her own meals. Location to Echo Point and Three Sisters was an easy 4 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the Blue Mtns.
