This is a 2-story 1600+ sq ft condo on the top floor. Highest-rated 3 bdrm right on the beach. Our penthouse, oceanfront location has the largest, open concept unit in Shipwatch and best views. Only top floor condos have an additional oversized 15x15 patio balcony.

The second bedroom upstairs no longer has the dresser. It has been replaced with a twin bed (+ king) with a closet system (see photos). So total of 3 KING beds and 1 twin.
If you choose to leave a $1500 deposit as opposed to paying for the $59 damage insurance, that is strictly between you and VRBO. We do not hold or disburse this amount at the end of your stay. It is due at time of booking, and is reimbursed around 2 weeks after your stay.
We do NOT refund in inclement weather. If you are concerned about this please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance.

When we made the decision to purchase on Isle of Palms, we spent 6 months staying at almost every Wild Dunes oceanfront complex on the Island, reviewing buildings, access to beach, noise and property mgmt. companies. After intensive investigation, Shipwatch, Building A, ultimately ended up being our choice based on:
Best view (only buildings A & D in Shipwatch are directly on beach)
