Love this property! Great for our family and the beach view was amazing from both floors - this is our 2nd stay here and I hope we’ll be back to stay again. Wild Dunes is one of our favorite places and this property is a gem!
We had a wonderful time enjoying the beach and the view. The condo was so comfortable, the beds were great, the kitchen well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the easy access to the beach. the home was clean and very comfortable for our family of 6. We loved to view from the balcony and enjoyed our own private suite on the top floor with balcony.
I'm still missing the views this beachfront condo provided! Everything was clean and just as described. The check-in process was super easy. Hope to be able to come back again next year!!
The oceanfront condo was probably one of the nicest places we have stayed in Wild Dunes. Condo was exactly as listed. Very beautiful, clean and simply decorated. The walkway to the beach was right by the building and made it easy to get to the beach. Can't wait to go back.
Condo was perfect for my husband, 2 boys and their girlfriends. Everything was as stated on the listing and Alec quickly addressed any concerns we had. We’ll be back there is no doubt!
Loved the location to beach and pool. Not crowded at all and very peaceful. Great for our family with 4 little kids. It was a little far from things outside of the resort if interested in those things. Would have improved trip if there were some games available, as well as, baby friendly items like a high chair and pack n play. Super happy overall and would love to come back!
This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom was perfect for my family. Excellent views of the ocean. Nice outdoor spaces although the furniture on the upstairs patio was very uncomfortable. That said, everything else was very nice and met or exceeded expectations. Property manager was very quick to take care of a wasp nest for us. Thank you Alex. Would highly recommend the property.

Dirty and old but beautiful view
The apartment furnishing are dirty and old. The couch is quite disgusting. The matresses weren't bad but the sheets were polyester and the covers were stained and dirty. Pillows on the couch were disgusting and stained. The cookware was very old. It seems no effort or money have been spent to keep the furnishings up to date. the ceiling and windows shows signs of mold and rotten wooden windows so the place must leak as well.
Would have been helpful to have instructions for the TV. It was difficult to use. The two double beds upstairs were terrible and felt like you were sleeping on a mattress made of straw. Just being honest!

Thank you for the feedback Bonnie! We have since replaced the two double mattresses!
I will say, it was pricey to stay there (everywhere there). But it was a beautiful beach and the condo was very nice. Being use to staying on gulf beaches, it seemed a lot more expensive that our week long stays on the beach in Clearwater. But then everything has gone up. I found a bunch of sand dollars (only took dead ones). It’s a great beach for walking. Great view from the deck as well. The condo was clean and I felt like it was well taken care of. Cleanliness is big for me…that and walking distance to the beach. Both got 5 stars.
We rented Nathan’s place for an impromptu beach vacation before our son starts his summer internship. We’ve stayed at Wild Dunes before and were excited to find the perfect place for our short getaway. A complete renovation was just done at the property so it was truly “brand new”. They did a beautiful job with the decorating and special touches (like the fireplace, easy to operate HVAC, wine cooler, and blackout drapes)! The beach front views from the main and third floors are amazing. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Check in was super easy. We followed Nathan’s recommendation and reserved bikes in advance, so those were a great addition to our visit.
The IoP area was busy, but not really crowded in mid-May. It was a great time to visit.
Because the property is new, there isn’t an accumulation of stuff, so if you need foil, zipper bags, plastic wrap, oil, sugar, etc., bring it with you. Grills are not allowed on the condo decks, but they are available nearby. There is a full flight of stairs to climb before entering the unit (and two more inside to access all the bedrooms). All worth it for the nicest beachfront condo we’ve started in!! Yes, they represented the property very well in the listing. We would definitely return for another stay here!
Overall, this condo was, for the most part, as advertised. It was clean, had a gorgeous view, and was pretty updated. We actually had a very unfortunate mishap in that my 14 year old daughter fell down the stairs in the condo. It was on a section of stairs that did not have a handrail. She has to be transported by ambulance to the nearest hospital for a back injury that was sustained in her fall. Thankfully she is ok but she is still healing a week later and it completely ruined our vacation because she could hardly do anything as she had trouble even walking. Had there been a handrail in this section of the stairway, I would be willing to bet that this accident would not have happened. The other complaint that I have is that we did not have access to the pools in the resort that were heated (including the hot tub which would have been great for my daughter's healing process). It was advertised that we had access to resort amenities and that included the pool. It was a little confusing as to which pool(s) and once we arrived we found out that unfortunately, the only pool we had access to was cold and quite dirty actually.
Clean and functional - plenty of room for our family in the 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and living space. Beautiful views of the beach and of the stars at night from the patio. Super easy 1-minute walk to the beach or pool. Our host was easy to contact and always informative. We did purchase (and donate to the Villa) a full-sized broom and dust pan for all the sand that came in while we were there. Our only suggestions would be to have a corkscrew in the kitchen and a front door mat to catch some of the sand. We would definitely come again!
We enjoyed a girls’ weekend and loved every minute! Nathan and Alec were amazing hosts, quickly responding to any question we had. Would stay here again next time we visit Wild Dunes!
Great place directly on the ocean and away from it all
The condo was great, exactly what we were looking for. We wanted something away from the main resorts, but directly on the ocean. This place delivered. Two decks with great views to the dune barrier and ocean. I only wish we would have stayed longer.
Great experience! The views from the condo are terrific and the access to the beach is super convenient. The condo was extremely clean and updated. Only issue was with the master bed as it was sinking in the middle. Looked underneath and found the supports where not in place. Not a huge concern but wanted to mention it so it could be fixed for future guests. Would definitely stay here again!
