Within walking distance to the many different restaurants, shops, and bars that the city has to offer. Enjoy shopping at the many different popup markets/boutiques and morning coffee from one of the many local coffee shops like Java Dog! Nights out on the town are a must with the many different cocktail bars and clubs Wilmington has to offer.

Top floor walkup unit.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with cooking supplies, drip coffee pot, and high top table with seating for 4.

Living Room: Oversized sectional with flatscreen Smart TV.

Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, attached bath with shower/tub combo, access to private balcony.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, with closet, plus attached bath with shower/tub combo.

Parking for 1 car.

Urban Environment:

This property is located in downtown Wilmington where there are many bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. that stay open until 2am every night so please expect a loud environment surrounding the property until 3am. The city of Wilmington picks up garbage starting at 6am so you may hear beeping/trucks early in the morning. Ear plugs are provided to help you sleep soundly at night.

Nightly Rental Requirements:

Peak Season three-night requirement.

Off Season two-night requirement.

Off Season monthly rentals (mid-Sept. - mid-May).


Arrival/Departure:

Coded entry.

Check-In: 4:00.

Check-Out: 10:00AM.

You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.

Items to Bring:

Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items.

Things to Do:

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!

Registered Guests Must Be 25 Years of Age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises.
