A great place to stay for a weekend of mountain biking on Rotorua's awesome tracks. A very comfortable house - and the spa after a day's riding was a real bonus. Will definitely use again if available for future trips to Rots.

Complete comfort

Lovely comfortable house. We enjoyed the comfortable couch, the spa pool, the warmth with the heatpump and HRV, nice kitchen and dining. Would happily stay again.

Great for Bikes

Plenty of space for a group with everythinh we needed and lotsa space to secure bikes overnight. Handy to the Redwood and Whakarewarewa Forests.

Best House

We were a group of 6 ladies down for the Run The Forrest and this house was perfect for us. Close to everything and plenty of room for us all to move around. Bonus was the Spa Pool. We would like to rebook for next August.

Great Weekend awaqy

This was our second time staying in this house and doubt it will be the last. We come down for Run The Forest (6 Adults) plenty of space, so many beds and so close to everything we need. The couch is next level. Thanks again for having us
