Beautiful, clean place, big group

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Had plenty of room for our group and number of beds. The place was new and clean. Great location, just two blocks from main Street where you could walk down and get food. Easy check-in no problems.

This was our first visit to Bear Lake. The location of this townhouse was so convenient to the main hub of the town. The townhouse was impeccably clean and the kitchen had everything we needed, even a highchair and plastic ware for kiddos.The beds were very comfy!If you don’t enjoy the morning sunshine streaming through your windows, I recommend taking a sleeping mask. The host was very kind and responsive when we needed the AC adjusted upon arrival. Should our travel plans take us back to Bear Lake, we will def stay at this rental again!

This home was awesome! It had plenty of space and all the accommodations we needed. Check in process was super easy. Kitchen was well stocked which made it nice so we could do meals at the home. Very clean and well taken care of.

Condo stay at Bear Lake, Utah

Very nice condo! The Property is newly built. It is clean and neat. The property is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The lake and beaches are close. The City is a small community that is very clean and nice! Great for Families and a vacation getaway.

Excellent Location

This was a great location close to the heart of Garden City. Walking distance to the shake shops and other venues at the intersection in Garden City. Very close to the state marina and only a short drive to the marinas toward the south end of the lake. The property was just as advertised and perfect for our extended group of family ranging from mid-teen through adult ages. We only had 1 question, but for that 1 question, the hosts were perfectly accommodating and responsive. We'd repeat this stay w/out question!!

Last minute find saved our family vacation

We found this gem after being canceled from another place two days before we were to leave. We were able to communicate easily about questions even the day before we arrived. James and Amanda answered helped us find the place when Google maps couldn't. Since we had 6 adults, a 4 YO, two 2YOs, and an 8 MO we were excited to see plastic children's plates, bowls cups and a high chair and playroom stocked with games and big Legos. They thought of everything and even supplied a ninja mixer tha

Great property - would book again

We've had several experiences with homes/properties in Bear Lake and this one (4 years running) was probably the best so far. It's clean and worked great for a group of 12 individuals (6 adults, 6 kids ranging from 8 yrs-10 months). It's a very short walk to Garden City center. The owners appear very mindful of creating an experience so you'll return. Games are provided in a game room. There are chairs and towels provided if you go to a beach. The TVs are logged into streaming services for you. There is parking for 4 cars (2 front/2 back). Generally, we had a good experience and given the price we would book this space again.

Fanta place!! Immaculate condition and better than some of the others we’ve stayed at in the same development. They had lots of little nice touches and thought of everything.
