This is a great place to stay for a young family. It was very clean and the floor plan works well for small children. It is close to walk to one beach and some excellent restaurants nearby. The trolly right outside the gate is a convenient way to get back and forth to the village in the evening for dinner. The beach bikes were an added bonus! The pool was lovely and was never over crowded. I would stay here again!

The pool area was close and quiet. The neighborhood felt clean and safe.The walk to the public access was about 10 minutes. The trolley stop is nearby to take you all over Siesta key.The beds were comfortable, we have four kids, and everyone was able to have their own bed with lots of space.The listing says there is a pool table, but it’s a ping-pong table which you can see in the photos. We did not see an Xbox.They were tons of towels, which we appreciated and plenty of chairs to take to the beach with the wagon. There were also four cruiser bikes, which are fun to ride around.The space was nicely decorated, and we would be happy to stay there another time if we visit the same spot.
