Boasting five spacious bedrooms and two living areas, this fantastic holiday home is spacious and inviting all within a flat walk to the sand and surf of Coolum Beach. The single-storey layout is light-filled and immediately inviting with an open plan living space flowing out to a covered alfresco terrace overlooking the all year round heated salt water swimming pool, offering plenty of space to spread out and relax with family and friends during your stay.
This pet friendly property has two lounge areas (one in the master bedroom) complete with LCD TV, DVD, Netflix and Foxtel with all of the sporting channels included. A fully equipped chefs kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite benchtops and breakfast bar, while guests can also make use of a BBQ in the outdoor entertaining area during their stay. The home also has fully ducted air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans and complimentary Wifi.
The master bedroom is huge and includes the second lounge, walk in wardrobe, ensuite and access to the rear alfresco area. As well as the king in the master bedroom, guests can be accommodated in one of three queen bedrooms or a twin room with two singles.
Additional features of this fabulous vacation home include a double lock up garage, fully fenced yard and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

This property was so nice and clean .The only minor issue was with the heated pools which was not heating up ,however ones I called the agent the owner was at the property within half and hour .They even gave us late check out .It worked well with our schedule.
Highly recommended .Definitely going back.
