North Nanaimo. Great size room for comfortable stay. 200 meters from Beach access. All shopping and malls nearby. Located on one of the most prime location in North Nanaimo. Shopping mall, Walmart, Costco and most other places closely. Perfect for couples retreating to getaway.
NOTE: Please note that we live upstairs and there is potential for noise as we have kids living with us.

This is the best neighborhood I have lived in since I moved to Canada. It's quite and really safe area. Great beaches at walking distance and all the shopping malls are really close.

What makes this property unique

Close to beach. You can literally walk to beach. All shopping is closer. Lots of places to heat nearby. Lots of things to do.
