Great place to stay

Overall great place to stay. Pool and beach access are great. Kids liked the playground too. Bedroom setup was perfect adults each had a room and the kids shared the third room. We would stay here again.

Weekend Trip

Love staying at the Sea Watch. Great location. The building is always well kept. No issue checking in or out. The unit we stayed in was great.

The trip was for me and my grandkids. It was prefect. The amenities and location was amazing. My grands are 3 and 5. I am now the best grandma ever.

Perfect location

Location of the property is perfect and the amenities available are great. If you have vertically challenged people beware the one bed is on the high side.

Nice place, bit dated

The condo complex was great, convinient with lots of amenities and great location. The condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The room was a bit dated, couch and master bed were pretty worn in. The coffee maker didn't work when we arrived but we reported it and they delivered a new one on the same day. One of the stove burners also didn't work but we were able to cook on the others and didn't impact our stay so we didn't report until checkout.

Small but adequate(no hot water for 36hrs)

Seaside Vacations(OCMD) via VRBO. Seaside was very communicative. Even after hours they replied to some issues. The problem is that the building management had specific hours, so a problem with NO HOT WATER for a day and a half wasn't resolved until the second full day into our stay. The building maintenence person, who was terrific couldn't get there until then. He leaves at 3pm. Seems the property "owner" installed a hot water heater kill switch that a wire burned out of causing the hot water heater to lose power. The panel box is about 6 feet away. All they needed to do was open it and flip the fuse to off. Instead they installed this switch which now is a ping on their review. The satellite on DirecTV went out during our stay too. I did everything that directv recommended to no avail, I contacted Seaside, they told me to do everything I already did. I wasn't wasting anymore of my expensive vacation time dealing with the tv people... Now, the unit: It was "quaint" for a 3br. Modern decoration not enough "lounging" chairs in the living room. Probably not enough room for anymore without being cluttered. Comfy for 4 people, not 8. I assume the entire building is set up the same way. I'm guessing less than 800 sq ft. W/D in the outside utility closet, which wasnt a huge deal and kept the dryer heat and noise away from us. The balcony is not real private but offered a decent view of the ocean. We work very hard with our team to make sure all your questions and concerns get answered directly. The water heater is definitely under the responsibility of the buildings maintenance to handle once there is ever a reported issue. Once we are made aware, we directly make maintenance aware. I am happy they were able to find and also resolve the issue for you regarding the hot water! I am also sorry to hear you experienced any issues with the TV in the unit as well, though I understand you didn't want to spend your vacation worrying about the TV, we would have absolutely done everything we could to get that working for you. Also, thank you so much for the feedback regarding the unit itself and the coziness of it. We will absolutely take your thoughts into consideration for the future. Sea Watch is such a beautiful condominium, and we certainly hope we can welcome you back again to enjoy all the amazing amenities! :-)
