77 Underwood Road on beautiful One Mile Beach.

With the stunning One Mile beach foreshore directly across the road, this wonderful coastal property is ideal for your family holiday. Set out across two storeys there is room for everyone to unwind inside or head across the road to the beach.

Enter into the house and you will find a double lock up garage, laundry, enclosed garden, loungeroom and a bedroom. Head up the stairs to the open plan main living, dining and kitchen area with a balcony to enjoy the sea breezes and another three bedrooms, with each room having ceiling fans to keep you cool. All beds you will find have linen on the beds and towels ready for the bathrooms, just don't forget to pack your beach towels to make use of the sand.

Upstairs has a second level to the backyard with an enclosed private garden and a BBQ to cook up some great meals. The laundry comes equipped with washing machine and dryer. There is a convenient outdoor shower to wash off those sandy feet after a dip in the ocean.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

Great location

The property was perfect for our family. The only downside was that we were broken into and had our car stolen. Police advised that holiday homes in the area are being targeted, so make sure you lock all doors and windows.

The house was as described, beautiful location, extremely convenient. Comfortable beds, clean house and well presented. If I can make a suggestion is to have extra toilet rolls and garbage bags for large bookings.
