A lovely little cottage with a spectacular view of Kangaroo Valley and the surrounding countryside. Ten minutes out of town with wombats grazing by the side of the road in the evening (drive slowly!). Equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Loved it!!
Clean. Cozy. Amazing short bushwalk to a private waterfall !!

Our escape to isolation/ birthday wedding anniversary celebration
A beautifully quiet and scenic location we loved the basic simplicity of the house. We slept like logs in the comfy bed. The rain forest walk to the waterfall was magnificent only marred by being attacked by dozens of leeches!,Thank you for providing such a perfect unique retreat

We enjoyed our stay & the view from the cottage was breathtaking!
In being helpful and constructively critical we did feel that there could be some enhancements to the property that would possibly make future stays more enjoyable.
We were disappointed that the bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, the mattresses were of slightly different heights and felt like they were old compromising comfort.
The cottage felt a little tired.
We hope that these comments are taken constructively and we don’t mean to offend.
We did enjoy our stay at Wotta Cottage.
I needed some time out to reflect and process a recent loss. Watta Cottage was perfect. The views were amazing and the cottage was very comfortable. Only downside was the fridge is too small to hold more than a day or two of food. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Two single beds pushed together was the major minus as was the kitchen set up ie microwave at ground level as well as appliances stored at ground level under the sink as was a tiny fridge could hold very little. Milk in the fridge would have been nice to make a cup of tea on arrival but unfortunately not.On the plus side it had a beautiful outlook and we encounterd lots of wildlife and the location was quite convenient yet secluded. Overall 3 stars, the price at 300 plus dollars per night was a little high for what you get.

The cleanliness of the interior was very poor, needs a really good clean. Under the bed was disgusting and filthy. Two single beds joined together to make a queen was ridiculous, beds kept coming apart. BBQ was left in a filthy state. Ants running all over the kitchen benches. Attacked by leeches on the walk to the waterfall. Disappointing and the overall cost for one night was an absolute ripoff to the extreme. Owners trying to cash in on charging ridiculous prices for a tiny little cottage with no additional luxuries.
