Shower curtain liner has mildew and mold spots on it and needs replaced / should be cleaned by cleaning crew. Towels were in the dryer - had to find them. There are no available outlets in the first floor master. Unit overall is great.

Spent 2 nights here. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. Check in process was easy. Old style home was clean and welcoming. Beds were clean and comfortable. Good proximity to downtown Knoxville area. Would stay here again.

This home is not renter ready. There is peeling paint in the main room, the kitchen floor is broken, it smells of mildew and could not have been dustier. There was a massive spider web inside the kitchen window with two spiders in it, thick dust along the top of the master bed headboard and the grout on the first floor bathroom is black. It needs a massive overhaul. We had to go through vrbo and they were wonderful in helping us find another stay for the second night. All though the owners were communicative, all they did was say they were waiting to hear from the property manager and never did anything. They did refund us for the second night but not for the entire cost. Would never stay here or at a halo property again.

Very Pleasant

Easy access

The location is perfect for a short weekend stay and is very close to the downtown area and UT. Five minutes from nice restaurants and convention center. The area was quiet even though it faces a Main Street. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Location in Knoxville!

Dropped my son for University of Tennessee orientation and was super happy with this location. Awesome place to stay and convenient to get around from! Host was great with communication and directions!! Will stay again!!!

Property was easily accessible, perfect for a short stay. We enjoyed the walking distance to the Wild Love coffee shop. Downtown Knoxville was less than 10 minutes away. It is an older property with some dings and dents but competitively priced compared to hotels downtown and other rentals.

Fast and comfortable stay!

This house worked perfectly for our quick stop between cities. We slept amazingly! Everything was clean and appeared as pictured. We ate out for most meals but the kitchen had the utensils we needed for optional meals we brought to make. We used the air mattress and found the extra bedding easily.

College visit

This was the perfect location to visit University of Tennessee and Knoxville. House was newly remodeled, cute, beds were comfortable and kitchen had proper amenities . Surrounding area was slightly sketchy but we never had a problem. I would recommend!!

Vintage Home

Beautifully renovated Craftsman home! My family and I stayed for 3 nights mid-April; we were warm and comfortable, happy to spread out in 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us, and really enjoyed congregating on the back porch despite the chilly, rainy weather. Next time we fly up and drive out to visit my son, we will definitely seek out this VRBO listing again!
