This beautiful contemporary luxury villa, rebuilt in 2012, is south facing with sea view upstairs.

It is located in a quiet residential area, close to sandy beaches and coves, close to golf courses and the Esterel Valescure, and tennis.
Also nearby Massif de l'Esterel exceptional starting point bicycle tours and hiking; and Port of Santa Lucia for hiking Sea

Landscaped garden of 1200m2 under pine trees and exotic species. It is decorated with beautiful terraces around the pool (heated) infinity, and upstairs with sea view, for pleasant evenings with friends or family.

Its beautiful infinity pool 9m x 3.5m is surrounded by spacious beaches on which are available for chairs and mattresses. The property is surrounded by vegetation for a good quiet.

The rooms are extremely bright and pleasant to live in, with 3 bedrooms ground floor and 2 upstairs overlooking a terrace of 70m2.

The house has been completely restored and enlarged in 2012: furniture, bedding, linens and dishes are new.

The pool is maintained weekly.

A fabulous stay

We had a perfect time at the villa. Warmly welcomed by the owners in a very tasteful decorated house with beautiful garden. As advertised, the shops and beaches are in walking distance. I would definitely recommend it if you want to have a relaxing holiday.

Very happy with the stay

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and popular for the kids! The house was in a calm and nice area. Short distance to grocery store, bakery, restaurants and train station. Walking distance to wonderful beaches.

Fantastic villa for two families!

We spent a great week in the villa! The villa was in top condition, very spacious well enough for 4 adults and 6 kids/teenagers, kitchen is modern and very well equipment, and our kids loved the pool (so did we)! We found the location really good, quiet area, and just 5-7 min walk down to train station (that can take you to Cannes in 30 min) where you also have small grocery shop and a bakery etc. Approx 10 min walk from the house to the beach where you also have some restaurants with a nice ocean view. Last but not least, Xavier and Laurence are friendly and very helpful! So, we really recommend this villa!

Excellent home in a perfect location!!

This house is outstanding. The fact it is also the owners home part of the year means it has a lovely homely feel to it with every facility imaginable. It really is v well equipped. Five spacious bedrooms with showers in each. Huge lounge and dining area and perfectly equipped kitchen. Outside the pool was clean and clear, gorgeous to swim. And there is also a lovely covered dining area, which was great to sit under to eat, chat and play games. The house is located in a fabulous neighbourhood. Quiet, yet close to many amenities inc a great boulangerie, butcher and spar (open 7 days for 12 hours a day!). Also a little bar that two of us kept accidentally finding our way to for a couple of cold beers! A further short walk away are some nice bars on the beach though, for those that prefer their cocktails. The train station here is handy. We used it to get to Monaco and Cannes. Far easier than fighting the traffic.The bus is also an easy option for Saint Raphael where there are great restaurants and a safe sandy beach. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful. Communication was excellent and we appreciated them staying late to meet us when we were delayed arriving and agreeing to come early on our last day so we could get our flight. We have stayed in many holiday homes around the world. This one, we all agreed, was all round the best for both the house and its excellent location. Thank you for letting us stay!!

Superbe propriété, construction de qualité, maison très spacieuse, très lumineuse, toujours fraîche même avec peu de climatisation, agréablement décorée, nombreux sanitaires de qualité, bien aménagée et bien équipée ( cuisine intérieur et extérieur, nombreuses télévisions), proximité de la magnifique piscine à débordements (toujours nickel) et du auvent idéal pour la surveillance et pour prendre des repas conviviaux sans contrainte, peu de moustiques, quartier d’une tranquillité absolue ( aucun bruits, aucune circulation) stationnement facile devant la maison, sentiment de sécurité totale.

séjour super agréable

Nous tenons a remercier Mr et Mme Richard car nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa de Boulouris. Ils nous ont très bien accueilli. La villa est spacieuse et lumineuse, avec une grande piscine, dans un quartier calme, pas loin de la mer, idéal pour se détendre en famille. Vraiment super vacances.

Super Preis Leistung Verhältnis, geräumiges Haus mit Platz für 10 Personen. Wir waren zwei Familien mit je 3 erwachsenen Kindern und hatten genügend Zimmer und vor allem Bäder für alle. Der Strand und genügend Einkaufsläden waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool war für Pfingsten sehr angenehm temperiert und genau vor der Terrasse, also Spaß garantiert für die ganze Familie. Beautiful house in a wonderful location!

We were traveling in the area with a large group of family and friends (7 adults and 3 kids), Laurence and Richard's place was perfect! It's an immaculate house with an amazing pool that's walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Laurence and Richard were great hosts and were always responsive when we needed them. If we're in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

An excellent spacious villa in a quiet environment

We rented the villa for 3 weeks to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday with our family, in an area we know well. We had a lovely holiday in this spacious villa which is in a very quiet environment. The owners have thought of everything to make it a very enjoyable & comfortable holiday & the salt water infinity pool was fantastic. We would definitely recommend it to friends & relatives & would stay here again if we came as a family or with a group of friends.
