Just a block from the beach in Fenwick Island, this modern, spacious home sleeps 11 people comfortably in three bedrooms, two baths, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy central AC on those sultry days and a wrap-around deck with ocean views, which are great for sunbathing. A second-floor balcony provides a private deck. The kitchen has the usual cookware, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher, and a grill is available for outdoor picnicking. Two TVs, a DVD player, and free high-speed internet access exist. There's also a full-sized washer and dryer for your use and an outside shower to rinse off the beach sand at the end of the day.
LOCATION: 2nd Ocean Block and Ocean Views. Downtown Fenwick Island. Park and walk all week!
PARKING: Private driveway for six cars.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, washer, dryer, deck with ocean views, outdoor shower, and plenty of private parking.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. This house rents from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package. This home sits on stilts, with steps to enter the house. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
