A full-sized washer and dryer are included for your convenience, along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Located on the 2nd ocean block in downtown Fenwick Island, this home offers ocean views and the ease of parking your car and walking everywhere all week. The private driveway accommodates up to six cars. Amenities include ceiling fans, a spacious deck with ocean views, an outdoor shower, and ample private parking. Please note that this home rents Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. Linens are not provided, but an optional rental package is available. The home sits on stilts, and guests will need to use steps to enter.

Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout. This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer.
