This was our second year. The views can't be beat. A few things to mention this time are the second bedroom with a double bed needs a new mattress. Also it would be nice to have a lobster pot and the tools to eat lobster available. Also the shower caddy in the master bedroom bathroom was rusty. Some additional pots and pans would be nice along with a grill.

This home is a 10/10, Location is fantastic, unbelievable views, and gorgeous finishes throughout. Thoughtful touches like the jetted tub, a bidet, extremely comfortable furniture (and we’re picky about that!). Didn’t quite read every single line of the description, and didn’t realize there is a tenant in the lower level of the home. Although they were no bother to us, and quite nice, I did feel like we were actively making efforts to not be a bother as well. Tried not to step loudly or trudge through the first floor, or talking too loudly. Just something to be aware of with this property, you do not have it alone, it feels more like apartment/condo living.

Exterior Front step had , leaves, and cobwebs (on light fisture and front door decor) , Crew neglected to clean before our arrival. We swept and cleaned area.Decks: Street side , warped floor boards(several) , rusted nails ,peeled railings.Needs repair. Bay side decks; Railings: rusted nails, and one railing gave way, came off . (the owner came and repaired day later) The horizontal type railing not child safe. Leaves and debris on deck upon our arrival. We swept. THe latch on ramp to deck was rusted and almost inoperable. The tank to the grill (was empty) ,instructions not available for operation . We replace with tank that was in storage shed.Excessive growth of weeds, ivy and poison oak around and in front of grill, (made grilling difficult) The walkways leading from front of house to the back. were overgrowm with plantings and weedsINTERIOR: Kitchen serving dishes, baking pans were minimal quantity . Had to ask friend to bring kitchenware so i could use oven to cook meal, No sugar bowl, creamer .For the price paid we expected and have had much better quality dishes , bath towels(mismatched, worn) and sheets (most polyester). Matress pads not washed as evidenced of staining.There was NO iron.The house interior was clean, kichen appliances beautiful, as was the spectacular view Its unfortunate it fell short in meeting our expectations for the price paid..

Outdoor areas at an oceanfront home can accumulate natural debris between visits, and the ivy has since been cut back. When we were notified about the loose railing, it was repaired the following morning. The home provides kitchen basics for meal preparation, while an iron and grill are not listed amenities. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide a comfortable stay for future guests.

Amazing location and views

Stayed here with the family over 4th of July weekend. Cute house with incredible decks and views of the water. Small “movie theater” room helped keep kiddos entertained during the few rainy days we had. Short drive down to solid beaches. Only warning on the primary bedroom, massive windows with awesome views but east facing so be prepared to wake up with the sun. They provide sleeping masks so super thoughtful just keep in mind if you’re fighting over who gets the master!

It was bigger than we thought!

Plymouth Rock was smaller than we imagined, but this house was VERY spacious….and clean. The views are amazing (after the fog lifts). The telescope and binoculars allowed us to fully enjoy those water views. Quirky TV room was a bonus. Next time, we will forgo Martha’s Vineyard and just hang out at the house. It was much cozier!!

Beautiful views, perfect layout for us

Stayed a week over Christmas. The home was beautiful and the bedroom layout worked perfectly for me, my wife and our two young adult boys. The view from the master bedroom was one you could never tire of. No window treatments and the full width windows of the oversized room allowed the ocean view to be a calming start to each day. The kitchen was outfitted with just enough of most everything you could need. The boys enjoyed the home theatre room. The warmth of the brick wall both up and down stairs combined with what looks like recent renovations throughout the house made our stay truly enjoyable. We hope to return when we spend Christmas with this side of the family again. Thank you.
