The entire property including the garage. The house is located down a battleaxe driveway on the left hand side of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Shellharbour Village is a sought-after location and community that provides everything you need within a short walk or drive. The Village has much to offer including; Town Centre with shops, restaurants and cafes, Ocean Beach

Hotel, South Beach, the boat harbour, ocean pool, cycle and walking tracks, Little Park and just down the road The Farm Beach, Killalea Regional Parklands, the Waterfront Marina, The Shellharbour Club, Stockland Shopping Centre and the Movie Precinct. Shellharbour Junction train station is just down the road. Wollongong is only 20kms away, 8 minutes to Kiama, 15 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park and a 1 hour drive to the Southern suburbs of Sydney. The Shellharbour Airport with regular flights to Melbourne and Brisbane is located in nearby Albion Park.



Getting Around:

Shellharbour Village is just a short walk away, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and the stunning coastline. Shellharbour South Beach and the ocean pool are also within walking distance, perfect for a morning swim or sunset stroll. If you’re exploring further, public transport and major roads are close by, making day trips around the South Coast simple and stress-free.

Payment Terms:

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.



Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking - a payment request will be issued upon booking any stay over 14 days.



Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.



Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.



Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.



All bookings are subject to the guest’s full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.

The place was very clean and quiet. If you have a small/medium sized car, the garage is great. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. We appreciated having a BBQ to use outside. Its close enough to walk to Shellharbour village which was handy for meals and close to the beach. It would be wonderful if the Sunday checkout time could be moved back to 11am without incurring a full day/night fee.

Hi Bill, The other property is not managed by us, so it’s unusual that both homes would have the exact same access code. Our listing clearly states that it’s the rear townhome, and the gate with the large sign also identifies it clearly. We appreciate your feedback; however, private communication would have been more helpful than a public review, especially since this concern wasn’t brought to our attention during your stay.
