Updated High Hampton Home - Villa Moisi

An updated High Hampton home still capturing the classic Cashiers charm! The stunning kitchen offers a cozy breakfast nook in the corner. The living and dining areas enjoy a view of the pond from large floor to ceiling windows. On the main level, the primary bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The screen deck allows everyone comfortable seating next to the outdoor fireplace. Downstairs, a guest bedroom has two twin beds and uses the hall bathroom. The sitting area provides an extra space to relax and watch a movie. Off the seating area a sleeping nook has two bunk beds. The final bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The flat back yard has a hammock and access to the pond.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.

Construction in Highlands is limited to the hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm with no construction on Saturday or Sunday. We certainly understand how disappointing it was to have the outdoor spaces affected during your stay, particularly when you were visiting for an extended period. During your next stay with us, please let contact our office right away as we would be happy to resolve the issue with the WIFI. Christmas Visit

We spent Christmas holidays at Villa Moisi. The house was lovely and comfortable, and we enjoyed being with family who live in the area. The bunk room provided a fun space for visiting grandchildren.
