From the 3-person infrared sauna & huge indoor/outdoor shower in the spa-themed primary suite, to the sexy subterranean vintage parlor & underground speakeasy, & all the way up to the third level mountain man-cave, there's something for everyone. You can hike from the property into a nearly private trail system to discover the headwaters of the whitewater river, or simply relax on the huge porches, listen to the chorus of the onsite waterfall pool (unheated) or saunter down to the star-gazing fire pit & roast some marshmallows. Meant for R&R in every season, this is nature's spa....

The John Muir Suite, complete with an actual tree harvested on site, is your gateway to another time and space, while the Magic Forest suite engulfs you in wonder and fantasy. The lower level Grotto Suite, with it's private entrance & secret passage to the parlor & underground speakeasy, is like a luxurious cave custom carved for those seeking privacy in a natural environment. The young, and young at heart, will certainly squabble over who gets to stay and play in the mountain man-cave, complete with ping pong, video games, movies, poker, and all the space that 2-4 fun-seeking folks could need.

Every bedroom has its own full bath, plus there's a bonus living room, kitchenette & coffee areas for everyone to have their own schedules & sundries.

Private 'bucket-list' guided hiking adventures by Tim, your host and mountain guide who has manicured a system of essentially private hikes to incredible waterfalls not found on any tourist maps or guides but made accessible to you by a very adventurous and passionate waterfall enthusiast. These can vary from mild to wild, so if you want to get the most out of a mountain vacation among the best waterfalls in the area, just let us know! (reservations do need to be made well in advance)
