The Space:
Welcome to our two-story home with seven sleeping areas, including a cozy sleepout! Upstairs, three bedrooms offer comfort with queen and super king beds, each equipped with a panel heater.

Downstairs, find another bedroom with bunk beds and additional sleeping options in the lounge. A separate room provides privacy with a queen bed. Enjoy convenience with a TV, kitchenette, laundry, and bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs, relax in the main lounge with a large TV and a full kitchen. Unwind in the bath/shower combo, with a separate toilet nearby. Stay comfortable year-round with heat pumps in both lounge areas.

Outside, soak in the spa pool (available until 9pm) and fire up the BBQ in the fully fenced backyard. Please ensure cleanliness after use. Note: spa availability may vary between bookings.

The Neighborhood:
This house is near Crown Park where all the local Football events are held. A short drive up the road will take you to a Foursquare Supermarket and takeaways and bottle stores.

The property is very close to its neighbours, so guests need to be mindful of noise, particularly then using the spa pool where we have strict times of use.

Other Things to Note:
*Stay 3 nights pay for 2 promotion details:

• Promotion applies to stays from Sunday to Thursday, during the current month.
• Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available. Please enquire (bedding for the cot is not provided). Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 9pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $350.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.

Interaction with Guests:
This house has a unique code to access the smart lock. This will be provided to you three days before your check-in date.

If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app during regular business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our after-hours number (number will be send with check-in instructions). Please ring, do not text as texts are not monitored.
