We recently stayed at the Family Beach and Fishing Getaway in Rockingham, WA. What we first noticed was the sheer size of this place! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, the best stocked cupboards with everything you could potentially need for your stay. Bedrooms were huge & beautifully staged, with the most comfortable beds. I adored the vintage style cupboards, high ceilings & polished floors. I would highly recommend staying, you wonโt be disappointed.
Certainly! Here's a polished and heartfelt version of your review:This place was truly amazing. It has a warm, homely feel that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was very comfortable and inviting. While the place could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and a bit of TLC in some areas, these are minor details. Overall, itโs a wonderful, cozy home that we thoroughly enjoyed staying in.We loved spending time there with our family, especially because of how close it was to the beach. We would definitely love to return and stay again in the future.Thank you for a lovely stay!
Our group had a great time at this property. The living and dining rooms allowed for us all to sit together comfortably, and the bedrooms allowed us to spread out when we needed space. The single bunk beds were springs, which was not overly comfortable for us adults, but the other beds were much more pleasant. There was a heap of activities provided to pass the time, which was really nice, and the beach was so close. The kitchen was stocked with cooking appliances that we could use, but I did notice that there were not enough sets of cutlery for us all. It was a little chilly, and although there were heaps of blankets provided, we would have loved to make use of the fire heater, but unfortunately, could not find any wood or fire starters to use. One dislike was that we could not lock the bathroom door, and if the back door was open, the wind would in turn open the bathroom door, which was a little embarrassing for a couple of our group members. On the plus side, though, the description said it was a one-bathroom house, but we were very happy to find that there was actually a second toilet. It was definitely appreciated for our large group. Would definitely stay here again.
