Newly renovated waterfront cottage on beautiful Howes Lake! Direct waterfront access gives you endless opportunities for fishing, swimming, boarding and SUPing! Enjoy the beautiful lake views by the outdoor firepit and BBQ. The famous K/P trail is steps away for hiking, cycling, cross country skiing and ATV/snowmobiling. Minutes away from restaurants, food market and the LCBO! winterized cottage with heating for the winter and AC for the summer. Wi-Fi included. Furry friends are welcome!

1. Just 20 minutes north of Kingston. Close to Frontenac Provincial Park, McMullen Beach, Gould Lake Conservation Area
2. Just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, Farmer's Market, banks, gas stations, LCBO, beer store and post office.
3. Located nearby the Rivendell Golf Course
4. The cottage is on Howes Lake, and connects to Verona Lake, Silver Lake, Hambly Lake and Hardwood Creek by boat.
5. Minutes' walk away from the famous K//P trail which extends approximately 180 kilometres from the Kingston through Frontenac, Lanark and Renfrew countries. The trail is great for hiking, bicycling, ATV and snowmobile.
6. You will have access to our canoe and small boat during your stay.
7. Winterized cottage with heating in the winter and AC during the hot summer months.
8. Enjoy the beautiful views from the upper deck or relax on the patio! We hope you can use our cottage and make lasting memories for you and your family!
