This cabin is perfect for 3 couples or a couple of families with children. It is pet friendly which is such a bonus and within walking distance of a nice park where puppies can romp and play. We so very enjoyed sitting by the fire pit watching geese float by and deer frolic back and forth across the river. The old fashion arcade game in the loft along with other games are such a nice addition for adults and kids. I wish it had been warmer outside. We could have used the provided floats to enjoy the river which was perfect for wading. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning. There was ample, comfortable seating in the main room and kitchen. The downstairs beds are comfy and there are extra blankets to cuddle up in on those cool nights. The only drawback is there are two twin beds in the loft which are great for children. It is a nice large area with access to a bathroom. While they are super comfy for one person in each bed, it would be a bonus if one of the beds was at least a double for added comfort for a couple. The cabin is so close to the sweet town of Elijay for shopping and dining, wineries, and apple barns. The host responded quickly to questions which was also greatly appreciated. We had such a lovely trip and look forward to staying here again.
The ramp was useful with our little dogs. We enjoyed the park that was close by. The kitchen was well stocked. The property manager, Amber, was helpful.
The house was perfect for two couples. Enjoyed the outside fire pit and LOVED being beside the river--had a wonderful night enjoying the outside amenities.

Vacation in the mountains
We really did enjoy the peace and quiet in the mountains. The cabin was nice and in a great location. We had fun fishing and tubing and just relaxing.
The cabin was clean cozy and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The view of the river from the wrap around porch was very relaxing and safe for our toddler too with appropriate railings and latched gates. The games, arcade and large TVs provided entertainment for our family at night. It was another mountain fall break memory for us!! It did not disappoint!!

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The cabin is how it appears in pictures, but not the listing. There is NO hot tub at the cabin or any of the community pools. We were misled about this as I reached out before travel and within the cancelation period to make sure there was a hot tub and was told yes. We were lied to.The washing machine was broken and we were not told about this until we pulled in the driveway. Also, the upstairs bathroom was not clean on arrival. Considering you pay a cleaning fee, you expect a clean cabin. All things combined we asked for refund for being misled; the broken washing machine; and dirty bathroom. The Evolve managing company and owner were very difficult to communicate with. We were refunded a very small amount and had to have VRBO become involved just to receive that.We still feel completely taken advantaged of and lied to.
We enjoyed our stay on the river!! Loved the view from the cabin. We was cute. Deer are everywhere. They come right up to you and will eat out of your hands. We loved tubing down the river and just relaxing. We will be back!
We totally enjoyed our trip. We hit a little snag when we first arrived and Amber was awesome at taking care of it. The cabin was comfortable and we loved sitting on the porch watching the river. Fun for tubing too!!
We rented this cabin to celebrate my 59th birthday and couldn't have picked a more beautiful spot. The cabin was immaculate and equipped with everything you could ever need.
We will definitely rent again in the future.
