Well equipped and very functional. Some minor maintenance items to address and showing some typical wear and tear of a rental property.

Nice house for several families

Overall house was nice, clean & fairly well equipped. The “dumb waiter” & stand alone ice machine doesn’t work, maintenance came but was unable to repair them for our week
