Completely new house with air conditioning. The main room is spacious. It includes a kitchen open to the living room with a seating area.
- The kitchen is fully equipped (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer)
- The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a sink with several cupboards and a washing machine.
- The toilets are separate.
- The 1st bedroom consists of a 140 * 190 bed, a closet with wardrobe and shelves and a desk.
- The 2nd bedroom consists of 2 beds of 80 * 190 modular in 1 bed of 160 * 190, a closet with wardrobe and shelves. The window overlooks the scrub.
- If you have a baby, you will have at your disposal changing mat, baby bath, high chair, cot with a good mattress, as well as a stroller.
- The terrace allows you to rest on the sun loungers (in the sun or in the shade) after enjoying good grills on the plancha. A garden furniture completes this relaxation area with a private flower garden.
- A parking space is reserved for you on this fenced plot.

The paradisr on earth

Very quiet and comfortable home. The gas-barbecue was also perfect. For 8 days it was a very good situation of the place to visit all the highlight’s in the south of Corse.

Perfekte Ferienwoche

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Magali und haben dies sehr genossen. Das Haus war tadellos und Magali empfing uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für 4 Personen ist es ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zum Besuch der vielen schönen Strände, Bonifacio und der Berge im Hinterland. Es war einfach schön! Vielen Dank! Berthold

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement très bien entretenu. Le lieu est très calme et apaisant, avec un joli petit jardin. L équipement est très complet et la décoration soignée. La localisation est de plus parfaite pour rayonner facilement vers toutes les belles plages du sud. Hôtes discrets et serviables. Si nous avons la chance de revenir dans la région, nous choisirons à nouveau cette location sans hésiter.

Hochwertige Wohnung, motivierte Vermieter

Wir können alle positiven Bewertungen bestätigen. Magalie tut alles, damit sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen und damit alles in einem guten Zustand ist. Sie hat sich gleich nach der Buchung gemeldet zur Planung und Sendung der Wegbeschreibung. Die beiden Vermieter wohnen auf demselben Grundstück. So sind Check-in und Check-out unkompliziert. Die Wohnungen sind so gebaut, dass man sich gegenseitig nicht sieht, man trifft sich höchstens auf dem Parkplatz. Jeder hat seinen „eigenen“ Teil Garten. Die Wohnung und Küche sind top, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine leise und hochmodern. Wer die Klimaanlage nicht nutzen will: Es gibt keine Moskitonetze. Die Wohnung war unglaublich sauber, nirgends ein Staubflöckchen. Bei Problemen und Fragen waren die Vermieter gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage zur Entdeckung der südlichen Strände.

Séjour confortable, à proximité des plages du Sud Corse

Agréable appartement indépendant, annexé à la maison des propriétaires (louée à d'autres vacanciers au moment de notre séjour, nous aurions apprécié le savoir), plutôt confortable, préservant l'intimité des locataires avec son petit jardin. Pas de gêne particulière de nos voisins mais route rapide relativement sonore à proximité quand on cherche le GRAND calme. On est dans un secteur résidentiel avec beaucoup de maisons autour et non en pleine nature. Equipements en très bon état, auquel veille scrupuleusement la propriétaire, à cheval sur la propreté, qui est en effet parfaite. Néanmoins, avec les fortes chaleurs, quand on supporte mal la clim (certaines personnes y sont sensibles), impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit pour aérer car il n'y a pas de volets (donc chambres baignées la lumière du jour le matin) et par crainte que les sangliers ne pénètrent dans une des 2 chambres (visite presque toutes les nuits de sangliers et ses marcassins, que j'ai dû faire fuir pour qu'ils ne retournent pas le jardin ! Propriétaires particulièrement exigeants quant à l'état de restitution de la location (je n'ai pas apprécié le doute émis quant à l'état de la crédence qui a très légèrement "gondolé" à cause de l'humidité, ceci n'étant absolument pas de mon fait), surtout s'il s'agit d'une problématique inhérente aux matériaux choisis et à l'état d'usure de la location. Le séjour a été heureusement apprécié dans son ensemble, même si la communication en sortie a manqué de tact. Parking peu adapté pour les manœuvres, à envisager de réaménager pour en faciliter l'accès et la sortie pour des véhicules longs (familiales et autres breaks) ;)

Schöne Unterkunft im Süden

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie mit 8-jährigen Kindern in der Unterkunft verbracht. Alles ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt: Tiptop sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Klimaanlage war bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur ein Segen! Der kleine Garten ist schön gepflegt, bietet aber keinen Schatten. Die Lage ist gut, um die Strände sowie Bonifacio und Porto-Vecchio zu erkunden. Ins Gebirge ist es ein ganzes Stück zu fahren - wer in die Berge möchte, ist im Norden unserer Erfahrung nach besser aufgehoben. Der Empfang war sehr nett und der Kontakt insgesamt freundlich und zuverlässig.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location idéalement située pour visiter la Corse du Sud. Elle est parfaitement aménagée pour 4,hyper propre et très bien équipée !! La literie est parfaite et il y a même des cadeaux de bienvenue qui font plaisir. La propriétaire, Magalie, est très accueillante et charmante. Elle a été de très bons conseils pour les lieux à visiter ainsi que pour les restaurants. Je vous conseille vivement cette charmante maison aussi bien pour sa situation géographique que pour la gentillesse de sa propriétaire !!! C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons !!!

C'est de loin la meilleure location que nous ayons eue : la propreté est irréprochable et le logement est parfaitement équipé. Tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été de très bon conseils. La localisation permet de visiter tout le sud de la Corse sans passer trop de temps en trajet. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Villa très sympa

Que des points positifs, accueil simple chaleureux et sans souci, logement agréable, comme neuf, d’une propreté remarquable. Terrasse tranquille, indépendante et sans vis à vis. Situation centrale en sud-Corse permettant de relier Bonifaccio, Porto Vecchio, Sartène, Propriano et tout le littoral sud en peu de temps. Votre hôte vous fournira d’ailleurs des itinéraires pour vous rendre sur des petites plages ou randonnées peu fréquentées. Encore merci à Magali pour la qualité de ce séjour.

Maison très bien située et très bien équipée, remarquablement entretenue et dont la terrasse avec vue sur la montagne de Cagna et le jardin fleuri est très agréable. Très bel accueil de Magali attentive et disponible si besoin mais très discrète pendant le séjour.

Wer es etwas abgelegener mag um die Ruhe zu genießen ist hier genau richtig. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alle Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Vermieterin war immer sehr zuvorkommend und um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Gerne wieder.

Bedenkenlos mieten!

Wir möchten uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen anschließen. Dieses Haus kann man bedenkenlos mieten: Besonders hervorheben kann man, das die sehr nette Vermieterin Magali sehr auf Sauberkeit achtet und man eine picobello saubere und desinfizierte Wohnung bekommt. Dies ist vielleicht in Covid-Zeiten für den einen oder anderen ein wichtiger Hinweis. Unser Kontakt lief über WhatsApp und war sehr zufriedenstellend. Wir waren 2 Wochen im September 2020 da und uns haben folgende Dinge besonders gut gefallen: - das kleine Haus bietet Schatten auf der Terrasse und heizt sich nicht so sehr auf da nicht nach Süden ausgerichtet. Aber: trotzdem schöner Blick. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer/Küche leistet sehr gute Arbeit und kühlt auch gut die Schlafräume mit. Sie ist sehr leise und kann auch noch in einem Flüstermodus betrieben werden so das man dank der guten Matratzen sehr gut schlafen kann. Die Küche ist mit modernen sehr gepflegten Geräten ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn man etwas von der Insel sehen will und nicht nur täglich an den selben Strand will ist die Lage Top. Bonifacio und Porto Vecchio sind gleich weit entfernt und in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Tolle Tagestouren in die beeindruckende Bergwelt oder die Westküste hoch sind möglich. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig ca. 150m von der Straße entfernt. Man kann direkt nach Figari fliegen und ist dann in 6 Minuten bei seinem Ferienhäuschen. Wir sind von Brüssel angereist, das hat die etwas längere Anfahrt zum Flughafen dann wieder ausgeglichen. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert Volker und Elke

Un séjour très agréable et très bien reçu

Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin elle aéroport de Figari et bonne surprise un Messages ma tendait sur ma boîte de réception stipulant la procédure d’arriver. De ce fait notre arrivée s’est passé dans la plus grande simplicité et nous avons été reçu cordialement par la voisine du logement qui est D’une gentillesse extrême. Je vous recommande vivement cette location.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir würden herzlich empfangen, alles hat super bei der Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert. Das Ferienhaus war super sauber und alles entspricht den Bilder auf der Fewo Seite. Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Vielen Dank an Magali für das kleine Gastgeschenk. Magali ist die perfekte Gastgeberin und ihr Deutsch ist perfekt, bei Fragen und Problemen steht sie sofort zu Verfügung. Die Lage des Ferienobjektes ist perfekt für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub. In kurzer Zeit ist man mit dem Auto an den tollsten Badestrände und-buchten, aber auch andere Aktivitäten und Orten sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können die Bewertungen die bereits auf der Fewo Seite geschrieben wurden nur zustimmen. Ein tolles Ferienobjekt mit einer Traum-Umgebung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder. Liebe Magali vielen, vielen Dank das wir Gast in deinem tollen Ferienhaus sein durften, es war ein toller Sommerurlaub für uns alle.
