Only a few steps to our private pool/upper beach, lower beach and the Intracoastal Waterway. Located on the Ocean side of RFV, no crossing the road to get the beach/pool. Enjoy a breath taking walk along the Measured Mile to spectacular restaurants, shops, fun rentals and great fishing off Deerfield Pier. Fun for or all ages!.

This is the second time we have stayed at Royal Flamingo. This is the first time in villa N. Everything was excellent and the washer and dryer were a bonus. The groinds are beautifully kept and the staff are very friendly. I am looking forward to staying again.

Beach Villa Family Stay

Our stay at Royal Flamingo Villa N was everything we hoped it would be for our family Xmas vacation. It was the perfect size and a great setup for our family. Our two daughters (5 and 8 yrs old) loved being so close to the beach. It was also nice to have the heated pool as an option since a couple of the days were on the cooler side. The location is great and Susie was a wonderful host with the recommendations that she provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great place! We used these villas for the third time and really enjoyed every time. Villa N is beautiful and located closer to the beach, which was one biggest thing for us vs all other villas. That villa has two bedrooms, and the difference vs other villas is that the second bedroom has two queen beds, which was great for us as we had 4 adults. The only suggestion we'll make ro the owner, is to rearrange leaving room and table to accommodate more than 3 people. Dining table too small and the placement of it cannot fit 4 adults. We had to move things around. Also, replace the fan with another one with light. We had to be inside the whole day during the rain, and we did not have enough light. Ceiling light would be do helpful in the living room! Other than that, everything else is perfect!!!
