Second summer in a row staying here. Great location, right across the street from Deerhurst. The little private beach a short walk down the street is perfect for spending a day with the little ones or just relaxing.

Great condo, bright, clean, with a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the "Tree Top View" from the open concept unit including the balcony . The fall colours were especially fantastic during our stay. The parking is approximately 40 steps from the the door and there are no stairs. We would stay again.

Overall a great stay! Place was great - Rutaba was very responsive. Private beach is about 2-3 minute drive away, so really close. Great lake to swim in. Great for kids and the entire family. My 12 year old son had a blast. We like fishing and were able to rent a fishing boat (16 foot utility boat - “tinner”) for the day for 210 tax from the Huntsville marina, which is only a 5 minute drive away.

Beautiful condo that is kept in immaculate condition. Has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Location was great. Close to Algonquin and less than 10 minute drive into Huntsville. Beds were comfortable. The private beach area is nice and lake is warm with clear water and sand bottom. Rutaba is very responsive and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. She also provided very clear instructions for check-in, check-out, and for use of the amenities on the property. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to friends and family.
