Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details.

*Important* Please park only on the side of the house that is for this property and in the back of the house. Any cars found parked on the neighbors side of the parking area, in the grass, or in the driveaway between the two properties will be fined and towed.
Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be sure to follow city and state laws.

And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Guests will have full access to the TWO SEPARATE units - each is 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with kitchen and laundry. Guests will have access to the driveway and backyard of the house as well. Note the home is a double with one unit being on the first floor and the second unit on the second floor.
