This is the second time I’ve stayed in the Fort Myers Beach area, and it is wonderful. Sun Palace Vacations’ properties are spectacular. This particular one had everything needed for a family vacation. The pool area was perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach; the house was very comfortable overall, and everything was spotless. It is a pleasure renting from this company.

Communication was great with the host. Pool was perfect for our group. 4 adults 4 kids. Location was close enough to town but just far enough away for peace and quiet. This property was clean and had basic necessities. Close to beach access and grocery store. Would definitely recommend to multiple family groups. We had our own space, but a great shared outdoor area.

This was our second visit in yet same house. We love the separate units. Everything is clean and had exactly what we needed for the week. The beach chairs were great abd easy to carry the short distance to the pool. Cleaners and management were very communicative. Thank you- we will be back!

We had an overall good stay at this vacation rental and really enjoyed our time there. The location and property itself were great, and it has a lot of potential. While the cleanliness could have been a bit better upon arrival and there were a couple of minor hazardous maintenance items that would be good to address.We reached out to the property manager about our concerns and they responded quickly and worked to make it right, which we really appreciated. That level of customer service made a big difference for us. Because of that, we would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.
