We booked the Hogwarts Express House as a surprise for our kids while we visited the Orlando area for a few days. The theming was awesome and just like the photos. Our kids were over the moon excited when they walked into the place. It’s within walking distance to the amazing pool area (seriously, my kids didn’t want to leave), which was a huge plus. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials and towels. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay again. I know some of the reviews mentioned some wear, and there is a little normal wear around, but I felt like it just contributed to the theming. Thank you for sharing your fun place!

Perfect for a Harry Potter Fan!

This was the perfect place for our short stay. The Patronus room was my absolute fave! Many cute details without being overwhelming. We had everything we needed and communication with owner was great. We did not partake in any of the property amenities as we had other plans. Will definitely keep this place on our list for any return trips.

The townhouse was everything we had hoped for. It was very clean, and the kiddos loved it!, All of the details were so cute and the harry potter vibe was spot on. I am not sure of the candy store name (I am not the harry potter fan, my daughter and her dad are) but there were candy bags and a QR code to scan but sadly there were no Harry Potter Snacks. Other than that, we were super happy with the house. I did doc a star though because I was not informed that this was a typical timeshare type resort and check-in was a nightmare, with a super long line as apparently check-in is the same time for everyone and despite what your listing states, you can't just go straight to the house. You have to go to the font office to get the arm bands which are the only way to actually get in the gate to get to the house. Also, the grounds were beautiful, however.... don't go here during the summer or on a weekend expecting to have a nice and relaxing time to enjoy the ground. The pool/lazy river and hot tub were PACKED. So basically, the house was awesome, but the facilities were not enjoyable as we had hoped. If this house had been not in a resort and with its own pool, it would have been a 10/10.

It means a lot to hear that you found the home clean, well-decorated, and full of fun details. We're sorry to hear that the resort check-in process wasn't the experience you were hoping for. Because the home is located within a gated resort, all guests are required to stop by the front desk to receive their parking pass and wristbands before entering the community. The resort's front desk is open 24/7, so guests are welcome to arrive earlier in the day to check in, enjoy the resort amenities before the home is ready, and avoid the longer lines that often occur around the standard 4:00 p.m. check-in time during busy weekends and summer months. As for the resort amenities, summer is definitely the busiest season, and the pools and lazy river can become quite popular. We're glad, though, that you still enjoyed the beautiful grounds and, most importantly, had a wonderful stay in the home itself. Thank you again for staying with us. We'd love the opportunity to host you and your family again on a future visit!

Hurricane holiday

We arrived two days before hurricane Milton and checked in to this amazing vacation rental. If you are a Harry Potter fan, then this is the place for you. Everywhere you look, there are little touches including a sorting hat. We had to hunker down for two days and we’re very grateful that we had a safe place with all the conveniences to shelter in. The hydro never went out and we felt very safe and sound. Communication with the owner was incredible. Any questions we had were dealt with almost immediately. We will definitely stay here again.

My family really enjoyed the Hogwarts Express house! You can tell right when you walk in that a lot of effort went into decorating it. The beds were all so comfy. My kids were obsessed with the hidden room under the stairs. The resort is beautiful with all of the ammenities you could think of. This is hands down one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. We will definitely be going back in the future!
